We use your data to provide and operate the StockCore platform, communicate about your account and updates, and process subscription payments. We do not sell or share your personal or business data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption. Inventory and compliance records are stored securely and can be exported or deleted at any time from the Admin Panel within the application.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

StockCore uses cookies and browser local storage to maintain your session and remember preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Compliance Data

Compliance logs, audit trails, and HACCP records you enter remain your property. We do not share these records with regulatory agencies. You are responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.

Terms of Service

Effective January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using StockCore, you agree to these Terms. These terms apply to all users including trial users and paid subscribers.

2. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.

3. Subscription and Payment

Starter plan: $99/month. Professional plan: $250/month. All amounts in USD. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

StockCore may only be used for lawful business inventory management purposes. You may not use the platform to store illegal content or interfere with the platform's operation.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into StockCore. We do not claim ownership of your inventory records, compliance logs, or business information. You are responsible for maintaining backups.

6. Disclaimer

StockCore is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss or business disruption. Compliance with HACCP, FDA, or other industry standards remains your sole responsibility.
